Inventive cakes, sometimes-a-little-weird cakes, squiggly cakes, cakes that are crammed with all the best produce Louisiana has to offer -all garnished with stunning blooms sourced in the greater New Orleans area from my farm partners. When I’m not baking, I also write recipes, teach classes, and make art.
